I Feel Like I Accomplished Something Despite The Anxiety - Tumblr Posts

Well, I found some easy work to get done around answering phones (and avoided caffeine, even though I'm really tired), and I'm feeling a bit better. Something still doesn't feel quite right, but I'm not on the verge of an anxiety attack anymore, so I'll call it a win. I'll probably avoid caffeine today, just to be on the safe side. With any luck, I'll get through the rest of the day without any problems.
