pyro headcanon: he has like a million different bits going at once. she'll die for the bit. he acts totally different depending on who they're interacting with. shes like a kid to engie but hes like a fucked up varmint creature to spy. they make fucked up homemade firearms to show off to sniper but none of the other mercs know abt this hobby. etc etc. do you see my vision
