ok i hear you i see you, but give me a sec to try to make this sound a little less batshit

so ive been looking at various valonqar theories lately, especially the more abstracter ones, and its got me thinking about various ways you could interpret the theory. i dont think the choking has to be literal, just like in the same way i doubt the “stone dragon” from melisandre’s prophecy is actually a dragon made of stone. this might be a more metaphorical choking, or maybe not even from tommen directly, but caused by either his actions or his death. 

but even if, is an eight year old killing someone so unbelievable for a asoiaf book? i mean look at arya and the things we see her do at a super young age.

i think tommen being the reason for cersei’s death brings a lot of meaning to both of their arcs. on tommen’s side it’s him breaking free from his abusive controlling parent and taking agency, and for cersei it would be the greatest betrayel ever, even more than from jaime, for her precious son, the younger brother, the most innocent and kind one, to prove to her that despite being the one thing she’s been seen as successful in, being a mother, she has failed that as well.

idk. i dont think it’s necessarily what *will* happen, or that its as convincing as it being jaime or tyrion, but i do think, with some people theorizing it might be robert strong, its worth thinking about
