concept: character that can only suprise attack, not because they're stealthy, no-no they're quite clumsy and nervous but most importantly of all: indecisive

they're so indecisive in fact that every attack they make is a suprise to even them because the don't know what they'll be doing next

Edit: also they think incrediby fast and makes their desicions as fast which leads their strenth to be in quick actions and weakness in long decisions since they'll begin overthinking
