Finally taking sleeping pills after years of struggling to sleep is so weird because like. I’m just sitting here. At 3am. Scrolling on my phone as usual. But my mind??? It’s slipping away like soap. My thoughts are disappearing. There is no anxiety, there is only Sleep. Idk wtf I’m saying anymore I’m getting dizzy. Bed time
