I love how Phill tells Cellbit everything he knows, cellbit pass the other days in qsmp talking about the lack of trust people in the island had on him and than now Phill appears

Not only saying that he trust Cellbit, but SHOWING that he trust him

I'm sure that Cellbit's time on Jail showed his that trust isn't a thing that you win easily and seeing that Philza is giving it to him, even when they doesn't pass a lot of time together, because he knows that Cellbit just want to help everyone to get out of the island
