Listen- sometimes I need specific step-by-step instructions an other times I need you to shut up and let me exist

Like if you tell me to clean my room or the house I need you to tell me what, where, and how.

But if you EVER tell me exactly what, how, and with what I should make art with, I will gut you and turn your entrails (intrails?) into a masterpiece and donate it to the local art museum

I have so much respect for people who pursue a degree in the arts (especially painting and drawing because I relate but all others too) because i have a deep want to be good at these things that I love but my loathing being told what to do trumps that want 10-1
