Summary: The Red Army has strict lights-out times. Very few people have permission to be active during this time. However, night is when the magic happens.  Little baskets appear on the dining room table for the late-night patrols and the first light patrols. Long before the chef is in the kitchen making breakfast. The rumors swirl around headquarters about being visited by a ghost and Edgar is dead set on finding out who this Pastry ghost is.
