Posting here gives me so much anxiety I want to crawl in a hole and hide for eternity.

On a completely unrelated topic I simply hate my inability to talk with other people.

I know I have to, but....how do you talk freely? How do you talk without being afraid of saying something wrong? How do you talk about your hobbies without fear of people making fun of you for them?

Conclusion...I don't know how to socialize and my life is kinda a mess at this point.

Taehyung didn’t come home the night after the fundraiser. You know he didn’t because you stayed up the entire night, waiting on the chaise lounge by the front door and soaking way too many tissues with your tears. He didn’t come home the next morning either. You called your parent’s housekeeper, asking her if she had seen your husband. She hadn’t. You called Seokjin and Namjoon, asking them if they had seen their brother. They hadn’t. You called Jimin, asking him if your husband was staying with him. He told you that sadly he doesn’t but that he hopes you will find him soon. And when you pay his assistant a visit before going to your work, you get told that he gave her a week off because he wouldn’t be at work either. His phone went straight to voicemail when you tried to call him.

It ate you up from the inside out. 

You were in the middle of watching a movie to distract yourself when the doorbell rang. You raise your head and turn the television off in an instance, rushing to the door.

“Hey noona, I’m here”, Jungkook greets you, the smell of alcohol accompanies him. Just like always these days.

“I’m glad you could come.”

“Yeah”, he chuckles nervously and scratches the back of his neck, “you did send me like twenty messages, it must be urgent I guess.”

“Yeah….I guess it is….”

“So uhm…I’m here now?”

You study him from head to toe. He literally reeks of alcohol.

“Did you drink Kook?”

“Never really stopped.”

“Since last night?”

“Yeah.”

You sigh.

“How much?”

“Too much.”

“Jungkook…you really need to stop doing this, it’s not good for you.”

“I know, but I had to tonight.”

“Why?”

“Because I’m scared”, he confesses.

“Of what?”

“Of what you’ll say”, Jungkook looks at you, eyes filling with tears, “I know that our relationship status will be changed once I leave tonight. I’m not stupid.”

You lower your head, feeling your chest tighten.

“Come in”, you say quietly.

Jungkook enters your home, taking off his shoes and discarding them on the floor. He follows you to the living room, sniffling like crazy.

“Sit down, I’ll get you a glass of water”, you tell him, disappearing to the kitchen.

“Oh Misses Kim? Are you hungry? Should I prepare something for you?” Misses Choi asks you, stopping her task of cleaning the kitchen cabinets.

“No it’s alright Misses Choi, I just came here to get something to drink.”

She studies your face.

“Is everything alright? Your skin seems really lifeless all of a sudden.”

“Yes, I’m alright. Don’t worry about me”, you dismiss her, turning to leave with the glass of water.
