people can be disgusting sometimes so we know the new hogwars legacy game and people are now playing it and i know harry potter antis and even former harry potter fans are not happy about people playing it but i’ve seen disgusting post about what they say like i saw a post of someone saying if anyone buys the harry potter game i hope you kill yourself like why the fuck would you be such a disgusting person and say something so disgusting in so many levels? you don’t have to play the game you don’t have to be into harry potter if you are against people playing the game that’s your opinion okay but instead of bullying harassing attacking and sending death threats to people that do play the game you are disgusting us harry potter fans aren’t the problem for still being into harry potter and deciding to play hogwarts legacy it’s you haters that are the problem that say disgusting shit like kill yourself and wishing death upon them i fell sick to my stomach right now seeing how you people feel proud of yourself attacking others saying disgusting things to others just because they are playing a harry potter game

The unrest is in response to a misinformation campaign about a 17-year-old who attacked a children's dance class, killing 3 and injuring 10 in Southport on Monday, July 24. Despite being born and raised in Britain misinformation about him being an immigrant and Muslim spread rapidly online leading to riots in Southport the following day. Far right groups attacked a mosque and set cars on fire. Inn the following week and especially on the weekend even more violence followed in multiple cities including Liverpool, Manchester, Rotherham, Middlesbrough and Hull. The rioters attacked hotels housing asylum seekers (Rotherham and Tamworth), a library and a foodbank in Liverpool and other businesses. The buildings had windows smashed, were looted and/or set fire to.
