the gods of art and motivation have blessed me tonight. i had motivation to make a construction paper flower, resources to make a construction paper flower and time to make a construction paper flower and the result was this wonderus beaut.

During Weiss’ workshop we created an installation made of two projection spaces: one coincided with the background, the other, kept in the foreground, was a suspended, rectangular support. The silhouette, illuminated by the infrared light and captured by an infrared camera, was then reworked by Kalipso (Weiss’ personal software), revealing a water-textured video.

The interactive installation Memory blends the casual movements of anyone passing by its webcam. A few moments passed in front of a webcam are enough to capture and keep in memory our movements, our steps will be repeated randomly even after a long time.
