Instead of the audience being taken by surprise when Mike and Will kiss, I want their mutual feelings and pining to be so obvious from the start of the season and to be so drawn out that the audience is practically pulling their hair out and begging for them to just kiss already because the tension is so tight. Especially if, say, the season is split into two volumes of four episodes but they don’t kiss until vol. 2. I want people in the reaction videos yelling at their screens.
