I accidentally reawoke another alter last night, simply by focusing on the scorn of how much I detest my fictional ex-husband.

It was an introject of another rendition of said ex-husband.

I can firmly say I didn't ask for this,

but now I feel bad because I accidentally kicked him the moment we met.
