it really is the dumbest story ever was only passively watching it on TV but for whatever reason i started to pay attention when they were all eating together and for some reason my brain went “oh they're eating coleslaw” ????? bitch they were eating eggs BUT WHATEVER I GUESS so cue the chestburster scene with no real context for me cause i wasn't paying full attention prior cause hee hoo peanut brain cell i guess and my dumbass thought him eating coleslaw put the chestburster in him and killed him 💀 and for the next nearly two decades i wouldn't just refuse offers to try coleslaw but i would deadass refuse prepared plates if it was on it in my defense i was five years old when i saw the scene and for some reason never saw the FULL movie again until my twenties idk why spent years with an aversion to coleslaw without fully understanding why either cause the memory just yeeted itself into the abyss only remembered upon seeing the full movie and felt like the dumbest bitch alive for that one cole slaw slaps now tho btw has to be good and crisp for the crunch cause it goes good on pulled pork sammich also jonesy is best kitty at least some of my childhood trauma is dumb and funny hiding this nonsense in the tags woo horror 31 days of horror 31 days of yeeting into the void Alien (1979) hwtv horror
