Thank You For Waiting! Soriel Week 2023 Will Take Place From August 13th, 2023, To August 19th 2023,

Thank you for waiting! Soriel Week 2023 will take place from August 13th, 2023, to August 19th 2023, with Late Week following through August 26th!

This year’s prompts are:

Day 1: Joke

Day 2: Home

Day 3: Legend

Day 4: Secrets

Day 5: Dreaming

Day 6: AU Day

Day 7: Free Day

As always, please remember the event rules!

💜 You can create whatever you want based off the prompts! Fanfiction, fanart, fanmixes, cosplay, Sims mods, interpretive dance–All fanwork is accepted!   💙 You can post your submissions late! Here at Soriel Week, we have a tradition called Late Week, where submitters can “catch up” on prompts during the week after the event! Great for procrastinators or life suddenly getting in the way of your ship art! This year’s late week will take place from August 20th 2023 to August 26th 2023! 💜 Submissions with Mature Content will not be shared to the main blog, as minors participate in and follow this event. Please also keep that in mind when posting to the event tags. Mature Content is accepted at the DA group, provided that the correct filters are in place. 💙 Do not bash any other character and/or ship in your submission(s)! We’re here to celebrate our ship and have fun, not to tear other people down. 💜 Have fun and play nice! Spread love, not LOVE!

I’m also going to repost some notes from last year, since I feel they’re still relevant:

The prompts are free to your own interpretations! I personally love seeing people taking angst prompts and turning them fluffy and vice versa. They’re meant to help spark your creativity, not force you into a specific interpretation or fanwork.

You can combine prompts and/or ignore some days entirely. This is not an all or nothing event. If you do combine prompts, all I ask is that it’s clear which prompts you used (through tags or otherwise) so that I can easily tag it on the main blog.

There is no such thing as not being “good enough” to participate. Do you want to make a thing? Make the thing!

Thank you all again! Please share this post to spread the word! I’ll see you all in August!
