if you look up Simon Belmont on Ao3 and remove the smash bros tag he goes from like a good number in the thousands to like uh 20ish and even then in a lot of those smash bros ones he’s not even in them he’s just tagged cause he’s a character in the game you have to disallow crossovers cause a lot of smash bros fanfics also don’t use the smash bros tags eventually you get to a number that’s approximately 23 if I’m remembering correctly which doesn’t sound bad until you realize that some of those are lords of shadow and Netflixvania and then what you’re left with is like two fics of Simon sucubus transformation smut you filter out cause it’s not what you’re looking for then there’s one that’s literally just a bulleted list of fic ideas that the writer never actually wrote you have to filter out a couple made by some uh within fandom noncon/pedophilia writers you gotta ignore :/ and eventually that ends up a whopping get ready for this 2 finish and 1 in progress fics of Simon Belmont and I’ve read them already it’s depressing tbh I’ve stopped using Ao3 cause the website kinda sucks and is run by shitty people anyway but also because that guy is the only I’m looking for fics of and well there is none so yeah guess I gotta do everything myself but that’s not nearly as fun as reading something and I’m way too stressed out to do it most of the time augh arg oof I am in hell castlevania castlevania games simon belmont <—​all mentioned in tags incoherent rambling text post reblogs writing post even worse there’s only one fic on the whole internet of Simon X Fuma and it’s ehhhh it’s basically just porn with no plot which is kinda boring when you’re uh asexual and don’t get turned on and uh yeah
