I love to randomly self insert things I do as Arthur into Arthur’s character. Like you do this now because I said so.
Aka, sometimes I just sit in camp and listen to people talk. Especially at night.
You can just catch characters singing, making music, or just talking. It can be genuinely relaxing from time to time. It’s nice just listening to the people in camp. Especially because rockstar does an amazing job creating characters and camp interactions.
I like to think that when I do this, Arthur does too. He just sits down by the camp fire and unwinds. He was used to being with just Dutch and Hosea for a while so it’s kind of a way to bond with those in camp without meaning to. He gets to know them in his own little way.
I like to think it relaxes him too.
I feel like he’d do this even more so after Rhodes just because that’s when the gang starts losing more members. Arthur uses it as a way to hang on to them before they die. Even if sometimes he acts like he hates them (characters like Uncle, or Kieran) I like to think he still wants to know them or understand them, even just a little.
