Okay but like… I have this adorable image in my head of babybones Papyrus drawing flowers on Gaster’s hands using the holes in the center.

A comic page showing two skeletons, one is Gaster (in a labcoat and red scarf, with two scars running from his eyes) and the other, a baby, is Papyrus. In the first panel gaster's hand is shown up close, a ring of petals is drawn around the hole in its middle in yellow crayon. Gaster asks
A second comic page, this time showing only papyrus. The background is now completely dark and bleak, with all colours subdued and desaturated in the panels. In the first panel, papyrus, now an adult and wearing simple clothes, is sitting on the floor, propped up against a wall, facing away from the camera. He looks lost. Above him Gaster's dialogue continues
The third comic panel, showing papyrus doing multiple things. In one instance he's showing off a plate of freshly made spaghetti, as undyne punches the air with pride in the background. In another he's kneeling in the snow, holding a piece of wood building his own sentry station. It looks far from perfect, but he seems happy anyway. The fourth comic page. In the first panel, papyrus, now in his canon clothes, is viewed from below, we can't see anything above his waist as he stands in front of a mirror in his house. In the mirror, we can see sans sprawled on the sofa, looking half asleep but still giving him a thumbs up. There is sewing equipment litterd across the floor. The following panels, also working as a sequence, show papyrus's face below his eyes. At first he looks uncertain, then he breaks into the toothy grin we know so well. The background keeps getting bluer. Gaster's dialogue continues

AND I FAILED TO NOTICE THAT its probably because his brother has stole both my attention and my heart BUT LIKE SDKFLSDFKSDKL STILL fun fact: in the undertale concept art book where the concept art of papyrus's room was! there is a little note where somewhere in the- -room there should be some items INCLUDING A SCRAPBOOK or journal of some sort i dont remember. but im pretty sure it was a scrapbook and it just clicked. like i feel like papyrus would be the type to do scrapbooking and keep a bunch of notes about his day and adventures- -and tape a bunch of souvenirs to the pages. like maybe something cool he found at the dump with undyne or something. or a flower ANYWAY THAT WAS A RAMBLE NOW I WILL SHUT UP BEFORE I REACH THE TAG LIMIT AGAIN OOPS also also i adore the artstyle here;; okok thats it KLFDLKSDKL reblob undertale papyrus gaster
