CONTEXT: In 2024, the Alabama State Supreme Court made an ignorant and outlandish ruling from a state case where the plaintiff sued the defendant for the mishandling of the plaintiff’s frozen embryos that led them to be unusable for use in fertility. The plaintiff was awarded against the defendant, but the leaders of the state’s supreme court ruled that the mishandling of microscopic clumps of cells was tantamount to that of an already born human life. Parts of that ruling were swiftly turned down within several days by the Alabama State Legislature amid controversy in 2024. In the context of this post, poised with the bumper sticker being about anal sex, represents a witty, twisted irony when viewed at the intersection of ongoing queer oppression within the United States, circa 2024. This conveys the point that queer people, particularly in danger by the draconian laws and policies found within southern states, carry IVF so-called “lives” within their “bussies” (a portmanteau of “boi” and “pussy”), and therefore should not be attacked or harmed if we are to carry “sacred seeds” because some people have breeding kinks—particularly on this website.
