౨ৎ Is it just me or does Miss Acacia and the rest of the people at the circus she worked at give off heavy 'peculiar' vibes from MPHFPC?

I've never read the book (I'm considering it), so maybe they explained Miss Acacia a bit, but like.. what's with the roses?/g
