When my sister (@littleangelblogstuff) and I were playing Into the Pit, she shared a theory that Jeff might have been one of the Phone Guys in the past, since at some point, calling him would take us to Phony. Jeff's eye color

I originally drew Jeff with brown eyes, but then I looked at the sprites and they seemed to be blue. At first I was going to do a poll on what eye color I should choose, but while I was drawing I had the brilliant idea to give my Jeff heterochromia! What do you think?
