Elaine looked like a sweet person at first maybe she is genuine and I feel for her to some degree it feels like everything is being taken from her which sucks but she had it coming at some point both of them would have to let go of each other love drives ppl crazy and can bring out the worst in someone and it looks like she’s on that route and why do i feel like she’s a jung? Alright, I’m glad someone mentioned this in my asks. Because I’ve got some things to say about it.
Let me preface this with saying I don’t think it’s bad, not at all. But you can tell it was made for them. Like, stylistically it’s not giving me their vibes but they make it work and I appreciate that.
But I will say the post production on the vocals made them sound wobbly and I really didn’t enjoy that. They all have such great tones and vocals there’s no reason to add THAT much auto tune on them.
The video was a BTS music video, they went all out and that’s awesome. It was late my time when it was released so, I was a little tired upon first watching. But I’ve since seen the live performance and then the music video again.
The other thing, it’s pulling a very bubblegum pop vibe for me, and that is a hard pill for me to swallow. It doesn’t sound like them. It’s weird and kind of uncomfortable? I’ve been an army for a long long time, and there are songs of theirs that I don’t like, it will happen with any and all artists. Now I’ve been fortunate to like a very good majority of their stuff and I adore the boys.
Also, there isn’t a rap portion this time which makes me a little confused. Because then the line distribution gets weird, especially with seven members so. They don’t have a dance break in this song either, which isn’t a bad thing, just something I noticed.
Do I hate it? Absolutely not. I actually like it, but I have my opinion about it too.
To be honest-dynamite and permission to dance would not have done well if they weren’t BTS songs. Butter I think could have been worked to other people but I know Joon got his hands on the track and worked his magic too, so.
I love BTS and I am a huge ARMY. But I know that I need to be honest, because there are things I don’t like and if there’s a slim chance it gets back to them as some kind of review? That’s kinda how I’m thinking about it.

- Don’t love it.
And I’m not saying if you like it then you’re wrong. I’m so glad you love it as much as you do. Because the boys deserve it and you’re enjoying the content they provide. That’s what matters. I cherish every BTS song because it’s something they made for us. I will be streaming the music video, but I don’t like that they added a weird little group montage at the end. But what can you do.

I love you guys. Please support BTS, in the way you want to and not the way some people have bullied you into. It’s your relationship with them and their music so cherish it.

I agree with your thoughts on PTD. I think this song brought upon different opinions and i dont think its wrong to not like a song. PTD was made for BTS, in terms of the little hand signs ideas and the overall purpose of the song. I love them for it and I dont hate the song, but i do agree this song seems a little further away to the BTS we know. However, its FRESH and that seems to be the path that they are walking on, something ARMYs should have in mind. I hope ARMY will stop bashing those ARMY that didnt like the song, because at the end of day, we are own and have our own likes and dislikes 💜
Yeah, there’s nothing wrong with rebranding and doing something different. But, it’s also okay to not like it when that happens. But, there’s a lot of stuff that is being thrown around about it. And there’s a lot of OPInIOns which are all subjective at the end of the day.
If you love it, then blast that shit.
If you hate it, don’t listen.
If you’re on the fence, give it a chance.
Life is too short to focus on the negative and things you don’t like so. Enjoy what you got.

As for inspiration and writing style, I’ve kinda developed my own just from writing a lot. I’ve made a lot of works and try to learn from each one. Nothing I make is perfect but, I love all my characters and my stories I’ve made.
Inspiration wise?
I don’t know really know. I use some of the older tropes and kinda put my own twist on it. And sometimes I try to think of stuff that I’ve never seen. Like An Angel and Her Lover was a Frankenstein!AU that I’d never seen done. *Doesn’t mean it hasn’t been done in our fandom but I personally never saw it*
But I also take inspiration from other authors on this platform and books that I read irl.
But overall, ideas just pop in my head and I shoot them by my beta Ryn, and she helps me flesh them out into the stories you all read. And nothing brings me greater joy 💕
