(Y/N) Ubuyashiki was known to be a little, gentle and kind bundle of sunshine. His bright personality could make anyone forget all the gruesome parts of the world at least for a little while, giving them an opportunity to rest and lower their guard.
That's why everyone was so fond of him, especially the hashira and his father Kagaya. (Y/N) would often play around the whole place, wether it'd be at his father's side or wherever one of the hashira's were training, eating or meditating. The boy truly loved every single one of them. They made him feel safe and secure.
So, one day, he decided to let them know in a special way.

"Mister Giyuu?", (Y/N) walked up to the water hashira with his hands behind his back and a small smile on his face. In response, Giyuu turned his head to the little boy, greeting him with a little bow out of respect, "What can I do for you?" The black-haired watched the other sit down next to him, hands still behind his back, "I have something for you!", he replied in a cheery voice, shifting back and forth in his seat in excitement.
The hashira's eyes widened ever so slightly, simply returning the gaze of the boy, waiting for him to continue in interest. (Y/N)'s smile grew only further as he reached out for one of Giyuu's hands, "As a thank you for always playing with me and a sign of our friendship-", he moved his other hand from behind his back and placed his fist in Giyuu's hand, "I made this friendship bracelet for you, mister Giyuu!"
At this point, Giyuu was practically frozen from the shock, watching with wide eyes and an open mouth how (Y/N) opened his fist and revealed a small bracelet. The boy moved his hands away and waited for the other's reaction. Which honestly took a bit of time.
The water hashira just stared at the bracelet in his palm, taking in every detail of it. The beads were in different blue hues with a few white ones in the mix. He could also make out some little waves on some of them.
Replaying the (Y/HC)-haired's words in his head, Giyuu couldn't help but to feel a certain warmth rise inside of him. //"A sign of our friendship", huh...//, he was expecting anything but that after hearing all the negative things the other hashira apparently thought of him.
He truly appreciated this act.
As the black-haired shifted his gaze to the boy sitting next to him, he couldn't stop the tug on the corners of his mouth, presenting a rare smile on his usual expressionless face. This sight made the boy's heart flutter and his eyes sparkle in excitement, "What do you think??", he leaned foward a bit, slowly growing rather impatient of Giyuu's answer.
"It's pretty.", was all Giyuu could muster to say though, moving his hands to put on the bracelet which he used as an excuse to avert his gaze again. The man was beyond happy, but he didn't know how to put his thoughts into words. Especially considering how he wasn't even aware (Y/N) thought of him as a friend up until that moment.
(Y/N) let out a cute giggle, "Thank you! Look!", the boy fished out another bracelet out of his pocket, one that looked the same as the one he gifted Giyuu. He quickly put it on and held it up infront of the black-haired. "Now everyone can see we're friends!"
And that's where Giyuu almost fainted. He really had to swallow down any major reaction because he was afraid he'd end up crying out of happiness.
The hashira held his wrist with the bracelet up as well, giving the boy a nod, "Yes...Thank you very much."

"Papa!", the young boy shouted, running towards his father who was sitting on a porch, simply gazing foward and relaxing in the midday sun. Hearing the rushing little footsteps to addition to the shout, Kagaya let out a chuckle, "Careful now.", he rose a hand, reaching out for the one of his son.
(Y/N) smiled widely, placing his small hand into his father's after coming to a halt. He slowly climbed into the black-haired's lap. "Say, what got you so excited today, my child?"
The boy leaned back against his father's chest as he played with the hand he was holding, "I made something special for you!", he exclaimed, kicking his feet in a cheery matter. Kagaya's usual smile softened even further, "Oh, how sweet of you. What is it?"
Grinning to himself he placed the bracelet in Kagaya's open palm, "This friendship bracelet! As a sign of our friendship that will never end!"
The black-haired let out another chuckle, smiling to himself as he twisted and turned the bracelet between and around his fingers. He quickly noticed different textures on the beads. He gave his son a kiss to the head and hugged him with his free hand, "The beads are textured...You're so considerate, my child, thank you."
He felt so happy about the fact his son took into consideration that he was blind and thus couldn't enjoy the sight of colors and patterns. (Y/N) giggled happily, assisting his father to put on the bracelet. Even though he didn't need the help, Kagaya let him.
"I made one that looks the same as yours for me too!", the boy guided his father's hand to his wrist so he could feel it. "Oh, how wonderful.", Kagaya paused to admire the textures yet again, "You are such a blessing, (Y/N)."

"Hm.", during his break from training, Kyojuro suddenly felt like he wasn't alone anymore. As if someone was watching him. This, however, didn't alert him since he knew exactly who it was, but he didn't want to spoil the fun of this little game.
Just behind a corner, not too far from where the hashira stood, hid (Y/N), quietly giggling to himself. Kyojuro pretended to look around, avoiding the boy's direction on purpose, "Hmmm...Was it just my imagination?"
Slowly and with a wide grin on his face, (Y/N) sneaked up to Kyojuro. "Mister Kyujuro!", he shouted, jumping onto the blond's back once he was close enough. "Aaaaah! Hahahahaha!"
The two of them laughed together while Kyujuro got the boy off of his back. "You got me!", he exclaimed and patted (Y/N)'s head, "You're getting better at this with every attempt!" (Y/N) giggled cutely, clinging onto Kyujuro's haori, "I made something for you, mister Kyujuro!"
"Ah!", the blonde slowly knelt down to the boy's level, "How wonderful! I wonder what it could be!", he patiently waited for (Y/N) to continue. (Y/N) tugged on Kyojuro's haori, "You have to close your eyes. And no peeking!" "If that's all.", the older one did as he was told, closing his eyes, still wearing that same smile on his face.
(Y/N) fished out the bracelet out of his pocket and took Kyojuro's hand in his before putting the accessory around his wrist. The flame hashira's smile grew ever so slightly at the feeling. He really was just excited to see what kind of bracelet exactly the boy made for him.
Right after getting the okay, Kyojuro opened his eyes again and looked down at his wrist. "Oh! How beautiful! Some of the beads are fire-shaped!" Nodding wildly out of excitement, the boy looked up at the other, "It's a sign of our friendship! See?", he revealed a bracelet identical to Kyojuro's from under his sleeve, "Now everyone can see what great friends we are!"
The hashira let out a loud, whole-hearted laugh and ruffled up (Y/N)'s hair, "Indeed they can! You truly are a sweet one! And one of the best friends one could ask for!"
Hello! I enjoyed the two pillars and Kagaya reacting to Kagaya's son giving them friendship bracelets, May I request Sanemi, Obanai and Tengen react to receiving a friendship bracelet as well? Thank you!

(Y/N) Ubuyashiki was known to be a little, gentle and kind bundle of sunshine. His bright personality could make anyone forget all the gruesome parts of the world at least for a little while, giving them an opportunity to rest and lower their guard.
That’s why everyone was so fond of him, especially the hashira and his father Kagaya. (Y/N) would often play around the whole place, wether it’d be at his father’s side or wherever one of the hashira’s were training, eating or meditating. The boy truly loved every single one of them. They made him feel safe and secure.
So, one day, he decided to let them know in a special way.

"You called for me, young master?", Obanai kneeled down infront of his master's son, both out of respect and to be more on eye level with the child. (Y/N) nodded cheerfully, his impatience visible by the way he bobbed up and down on the spot, "I have a very important item to give you, mister Obanai. One you shall keep safe.", he said in feign seriousness.
Obanai tended to take (Y/N) serious, no matter how much his instincts told him it was all meant in a playful manner. He couldn't risk disrespecting the young boy, after all. So he held out his hands, "Of course." The boy's happy giggle urged the black-haired to listen to his gut feeling more, and play along and only act like he was tasked with protecting a valuable artifact. Obanai wasn't one to be playful, though, so he refused.
He watched (Y/N) pull out something out of his sleeve. Mismatched eyes widened as he realised it was merely a bracelet, clearly handmade. The chriping of the birds around them was all that accompanied the silence between the two for a few long seconds. Laughing at the older one, (Y/N) let the bracelet fall in Obanai's open palm, "A sign of our friendship!", he cheered, "So don't loose it, hehe."
The hashira inspected the accessory. Upon further inspection he made out two eyes on one of the white beads. The beads were supposed to be a snake, making it's way around in a circle until it met its tail.
"Look! I have a matching one!", the boy held his wrist next to Obanai's hand, which was, indeed adorned by an identical bracelet. The black-haired wasn't sure what the correct response to this act of affection was, so he just slid the bracelet on, "Thank you, young master."
Sadly, (Y/N) missed out on the sight of Obanai gliding his fingers over the head of the snake bracelet with a fond smile under his bandages.

"Hm?", a tug on Sanemi's haori made him stop in his tracks as he was leaving the meet up spot after a hashira meeting, locking eyes with (Y/N) who was grinning up to him. "You are not dismissed yet!", the boy tried to pout, but his smile broke through very clearly. Sanemi could only nod with lightly furrowed brows while (Y/N) dragged him out of sight of any bystanders in the vicinity.
The hashira wasn't at all worried about anything, he knew the boy was a playfull little one. Someone who loved to drag him along, often to play, which is what Sanemi thought was his mission right then. "I can't stay for long, young master. There is a mission I need to prepare for." (Y/N) nodded along, promising it wouldn't take even five minutes.
As soon as (Y/N) was satisfied with their location, he let go of the hashira. Giggling to himself, he fished out something out of his pockets, with his back turned to the older one. He quickly hid both his hands behind his back when he turned around, "Which hand?"
A guessing game? Yeah, Sanemi wasn't really happy about being pulled from his important work for something like this, but he humored him nonetheless, it was his master's son, after all. "Your left."
Giggling even louder than before, the (Y/HC)-haired revealed his left hand, opening his palm in the process. There was a bracelet with thin, silver beeds, as well as a few pinwheel shaped ones. "A bracelet?", the man took the item out of the other's hand, inspecting it further.
That's when (Y/N) revealed his other hand from behind his back, holding an identical bracelet in his palm, "As a sign of our friendship!" He urged Sanemi to put it on, like he did himself, grasping both his scarred hands in his own small ones. "Do you like it??", if it weren't for Sanemi's sturdy body, the boy would've made him loose his balance from how hard he was shaking his arms out of excitement.
The silver-haired didn't dare to let a sweat drop roll down his face, "Yes, of course. Thank you, young master." Satisfied with the older one's answer, (Y/N) let out yet another giggle and went in for a short hug, before disappearing.
Alright. Time to prepare for the upcoming mission. ...After making sure to put this gift somewhere safe and secure.

The hint of a smile was present on Tengen's lips, his eyes closed as he sat on the grass, arms and legs crossed. Someone was approaching, someone small. He could feel their presence, slowly sneaking up on him. And the hashira played along, letting them come closer and closer. Just to dodge to the side when they went to jump on him, catching them with one arm.
"Eek!", (Y/N) yelped, making Tengen laugh, "Nice try, but there's still plenty of room for improvement." (Y/N) pouted at him halfheartedly, climbing up his arm to wrap his arms around the older one's neck, "You say that, not noticing I succeeded in my mission!", he giggled out. "Oh?", only then Tengen noticed something shiny on his thigh. He blinked at it, stunned, "Wow. You made more process than I thought!", he sent the boy clinging on him a big grin.
"Is this for me?", he then asked, picking up the accessory and gliding the pad of his thumb over the diamond-like beads. (Y/N) nodded wildly, "I saw the beads and immediately thought of you!" Tengen chuckled, gently shaking of the kid to slide on the bracelet, "It's perfect! So flashy and vibrant! You have a good eye, little one."
(Y/N) giggled happily, as the hashira patted his head, "Thank you! I made a matching one for myself. See? It's a sign of our friendship, you know?", he tugged on his sleeve to show off another bracelet, matching Tengen's. "A sign of our friendship, huh?", the man smiled fondly at the handmade bracelet around his wrist. He will show off this one for sure.

Genya did not understand why one of Ubuyashiki‘s children was so attached to the hashira and insisted on spending time with them, more so that he grew attached to him as well. He was not even qualified to be a regular Tsugoku due to his inability to use breaths, so it couldn‘t be rank- or power-related. “I just like you.“, the reply didn‘t settle down any of his confusion, actually fueled it even furhter, but he decided not to press the subject. There were more important things to attend to, and knowing how respected the oldest son was among the entire circle of high-ranked demon slayers, including his own brother, he deemed it unwise to do anything to possibly upset the boy. Especially after handling his sister the way he did at the final selection.
The young Demon Slayer sat on one of the hospital beds in the Butterfly Estate, he just went through a check up, but due to an injury on his leg, he wasn‘t dismissed yet. So there he sat as he waited to be treated. He could hear hurried footsteps coming closer, and Genya sat up straight, thinking it was one of the girls again. His suspicion proofed to be wrong though as a young boy hurried into the room instead, “Genya!“, the boy‘s smile was bright enough to light up the room, that was for sure. A nod as a greeting seemed to be enough for (Y/N) to jump onto the mattress next to him.
“Hey, are you okay? You‘re coming here very often!“ Right, (Y/N) didn‘t know of the demon-eating-habit of his, “Just a small wound.“ The boy pouted in return, worried. And for a moment Genya thought he was caught in his little lie, until (Y/N)‘s smile returned, “Clumsy, Genya. I got just the right thing for you!“ And next thing he knew, there was a bracelet dangling in front of his face. The design seemed familiar…Right, it was the exact same one (Y/N) wore around his small wrist.
“This will keep you save! Because! It‘s a friendship bracelet, and thus a sign of our friendship!“
The teen had only time to blink in response as his hand was grabbed and the jewelry secured around his wrist. Slowly, but surely a certain warmth spread around Genya‘s body, tinting his ears a soft red. It felt comfortable and welcoming, it made him wonder if his bond to the boy was stronger than he thought.

Muichiro sat beside (Y/N), looking into the sky from his position on the wooden porch while the younger one fiddled with something. What was it again? He glanced to his side, eyeing the items in the child‘s grasp. Oh, right. (Y/N) was making a bracelet for him. His gaze shifted to his own hand, laying lazily across (Y/N)‘s leg. So (Y/N) could check if the bracelet still fit. Yes, that was it.
Muichiro watched the boy attach pieces of paper to the string before putting more beads on it. He watched, but didn‘t really acknowledge what he was seeing, quick to zone out once again. (Y/N) didn‘t mind the lack of actual interaction between the two, left a lot of room for him to hum softly to himself as he worked. Checking the size of the jewelry one last time, he grinned widely, making quick work with the clip to close it secure around the hashira‘s wrist.
“Muichiro!“, the boy giggled, tugging on his hand to get his attention, “Look, look!“
The hashira blinked, giving a small hum of acknowledgment. He held up his wrist to his eye-level. The paper seemed impractical; his first impression. “The sign of our ultimate friendship!“, (Y/N) spoke up again with enthusiasm, “You can write things you forget on the paper so you don‘t forget them!“ “Oh.“

Tanjiro halted in his step as someone shouted for his name. “Ah, (Y/N)! What is it?“, he watched him run towards him in a hurry, immediately kneeling down to the boys level once he reached him, wide eyed with slight worry. Holding a hand on (Y/N)‘s shoulder, he waited for him to catch his breath. “Phuuu….hah…Tanjirooooooo…“, (Y/N) whined, clutching on the teen‘s haori, pulling and pushing at it with clear frustration, “You‘re going already?“
The sad look on the younger one‘s face made Tanjiro sigh out, a sad smile forming on his lips, “Yes, our help is needed.“, for a moment, he looked back to Inosuke and Zenitsu who were calling for him to hurry. He used his other hand to rub (Y/N)‘s head in a soothing manner, like a big brother would, “I‘m sure we‘ll see each other again soon.“
That, however didn‘t seem to be enough, as the boy shook his head in protest, “We‘ll definitely see each other again! Because-“, he pulled out a bracelet, which, by the looks of it, was made in quite a hurry, “Because with this we are bound to meet again often, as it is a sign of our friendship!“ Tanjiro couldn‘t help but coo at the other, taking the bracelet and slipping it on, before taking both the boy‘s hands in his, “That‘s right. And when we meet again, I‘ll make one just like this for you too, to seal our bond even further.“
