Not too long after his girlfriend got pregnant with his baby, KJ got knocked up himself. The baby daddy is unknown, itโs hard to say who exactly from the myriad of gym bros, friends and fellow actors got KJ pregnant.
One thing is for sure, KJ is really glad they can go through this whole pregnancy thing together.

Three months after his girlfriend gave birth, KJ was almost ready to give birth himself. He did one last pregnant photoshoot, sporting an almost full-term baby bump.
The later in the pregnancy it was and the bigger his belly grew, the happier KJ got. He genuinely enjoyed being pregnant. Probably because he got lucky and there werenโt any of the endless pregnancy side effects.
KJ was still young and strong, so he was sure his first pregnancy wasnโt his last. He and Clara will probably want a third kid at some point or he could surrogate, why exclude that option? He also hoped that Riverdale writers would get his character, Archie, pregnant at some point in the story, so he can fully justify his next pregnancy.
