Headcanons for the moon squad (plus Layla) <33

• cuddles all the time, you can’t tell me that Steven’s favorite thing to do with you isn’t to just stay in bed all day his arm wrapped tightly around you mumbling light words between the two of you

• speaking of cuddling I’ve been thinking of just laying in bed with Layla and Steven, Layla in your arms face buried in her hair with Steven smushed against your back his arm around you, his face in the crook of your neck

• being besties (or more 😼) with Marc and Jake is obviously a given, Khonshu would never admit it but he has a soft spot for you (he also likes Steven more then he lets on)

•speaking of being besties with Marc and Jake I feel you would get on best with Jake and Marc would be a little weary of you at first

• I feel like animals would absolutely love Steven and Layla (I got this idea from the lovely @moider-time animal hc’s) sometimes one or both of them like one day steven comes home with a blanket with a cat wrapped inside and he begs you to let her stay and you agree, you practically have to pry the cat from his hands when it’s time to give her up (there are some tears shed but no one is willing to admit it)

• I think Steven has the tendency to get emotionally attached to things and people rather quickly, given his childhood and the way he’s been treated in his adulthood I think he’s not used to having people in his corner

He would want that to be a permanent/constant thing is his day to day life, he would over think and believe you’d end up leaving sooner or later so he’d hold on best he can to you, but he’s constantly worried he’s to clingy and needy and you’ll leave (mostly in the beginning of your relationship)

• Honestly I’m thinking about some weird thing happening and Marc, Steven, and Jake having their own bodies (idk it’s the mcu anythings possible) and just lounging on the couch in one big group hug soaking in the time you all can be together at the same time😭😭
