did anyone else grow up near a tourist attraction or historical site or something and feel completely blindsided when you eventually realized it was like. a bucket list item for hundreds if not thousands of people

stonehenge i mean i always knew it was a big deal but the fact that people would fly over to see it was always weird to me when i was a kid literally have never vistied it once even though i used to be 15 mins from it maybe one day lmao
