Sky, despite being Macaque's student, wants to be a help people just like MK does. They hate to admit it, but they want to be known, they want to be popular. And while her want to help people comes from pure heart, in her mind, why can't he be known while doing that? So their goal for now is to learn and become more powerful. He dislikes being considered weak, and just wants to be seen.
What's probably standing in their way is her past traumas and anxieties. How Sky overcomes them? Therapy :p

What are your OCs goals? Either long-term and/or short-term? Where do they see themselves within ten years? If there's something standing in the way of achieving that goal, what does your OC do to overcome that obstacle?
I can't find any fitting photos on the internet, so I'll try to describe it the best I can.
Sky would have something of a retro gamer bedroom. Kid like Y2K or late 90s aesthetic. Posters and collectible figures everywhere, probably an old CRT TV somewhere in there. Plus a lot of Sky's drawings around too.
Also, their room would be kinda messy most of the time...
I imagine some furniture wouldn't match with each other. The walls of Sky's room would be a more neutral colour, so they can use a lot of different colours in the decorations of their room :v

Sky changes through their story, so it's hard to find one colour to define him. I'd say...
Orange when she was younger
Basically young and optimistic, ready to take on the world.
Green after meeting Macaque and up to like after season 4
Sky connecting to their demon nature, growing in power and learning, but also envying MK and how much easier things seem to come to MK despite them both having similar struggles.
Black after... the incident 👀
Sky basically going power hungry after being fed up, no one knowing what's really going on with him. But her also acting colder and more formal, not friendly.
And then finally, purple
Kinda similar to orange, but now more wise and balanced, healing,
Then again, those colours still don't fit them perfectly. But that's what I came up with.
And Sky's favourite colour is blue. They just like the colour of the sky. When he was younger, she used to look up at the sky and imagine things. It gave her hope a lot of times, so that's why they like it so much.

Sky is already a part-time student of Chinese philology in my story, so... Yeah, they're not holding on well lol They're very forgetful and tired in school, fuelled only by an energy drink and an oreo.

Sky's favourite meal are meat filled dumplings! It was something their mother always made them for special occasions. The first time Sky's mom made it for them, Sky had a terrible day at school, and his mom made it to cheer her up :3

Pebble:
Nezha found Pebble as an egg, and Nezha was the first person Pebble saw when they hatched and imprinted on him. Nezha was reluctant, but in the end he gave in and adopted them and kept Pebble as his student.
Nezha actually didn't name them, just called him the little lotus pond dragon. Until someone asked Nezha what the name of the kid was, and he panicked, but Pebble exclaimed pebble loudly, and Nezha had to go with that.
Also, Pebble's egg was damaged, so his legs are damaged too and don't work that well, so that's why he has to use crutches.
Pebble is around 10 years old now, and tries his best to make Nezha proud.
Xīnghuā:
Xinghua aka a silly shadowpeach fan child that mostly just a silly goober who has the defense skills of a potato.
She's 7 but that doesn't mean she's hasn't had her fair share of trauma, from as little as being kidnapped to almost being killed by her older brother, Fu Xiao (endipuff on tumblr) and having her arm broken! Dont worry though, she can still kick ass because she is the Long Arm Gibbon (insert OSP as source here), she can make a sword out of no where to stab anything she wants... except she won't because she's a little shy.
Oh, hello- Um... I hope I can make Nezha proud. But it's okay If I don't win- At least, um, I think so-

The most important person in my life is my mentor Nezha. He was teaching me ever since I was a baby dragon! I think he's really cool, and he's my only family to be honest...
So yeah, he's my teacher and my friend, and I wouldn't be here without him, and I'm happy that he adopted me ^ -^

Who is the most important person in your life?

Pebble sat down as his desk, the brush leaving soft strokes on the paper underneath it. The young dragon looked at the green ink, something Nezha got for him after he said that the black one was boring. Pebble smiled slightly.
He looked at the window, getting distracted from his homework by thoughts.
Pebble was supposedly to grow up into a powerful dragon. But he didn't feel like it. Well, certainly others besides Nezha didn't make him feel like it. Celestial realm seemed to be so full of contradictions. On one hand they act cautious around him because of his supposed powers, on the other they treat him as a literal infant. Sure, he wasn't 10000 something years old, but he was ten not two, at least make a distinction there.
His eyes darted to his crutches laying nearby. Oh, right... also that. He heard Li Jing's... unsavoury words about him. He argued with Nezha a lot these days... Something about Nezha being too soft on the dragon, and that they should push him to do more. Pebble understood that, to some degree. But maybe going against what the doctors say isn't a good idea?
The Lotus Pond Dragon, unable to walk because his egg was damaged... Sure, Pebble wasn't happy about this either! He wished he could do more! But not at the cost of possibly making things worse... And well, due to his powers being unstable yet still, there's no chance of fixing him with magic. He had to work what he had.
...... But... ...Was he doing enough? He looked back at the paper, quickly going back to work. He wanted to make Nezha proud. He can prove himself. The celestials will see, In due time... He's already very smart, smarter than average for his age. And he was proud of that... Nezha was proud...
He smiled, glancing out the window again, admiring the clear sky and listening to the birds, before going back to writing.
Suddenly, he heard... um, was that a knock? Or more like a bang at the door? Pebble frowned before grabbing his crutches and coming over to the door, carefully turning the handle and...
Nezha falls through the door, falling on the floor. The young Lotus Pond Dragon gasps in fear and shock, looking at the battered Nezha wide-eyed. He didn't have much time to think before something grabbed him-
''There you are, young one. Now I can finally take back what they took from me...''
Pebble's world stopped, his heart thundering in his ears, his breath shaky. What was going to happen now? This was bad. Very, very, very BAD.

Oh, well... I don't know many people since... I stay In the celestial realm mostly, and if I'm outside then Nezha Is always nearby...
Um, I know the dandelion child... She stays around Erlang I think? That's why I see her sometimes... Um, I might have seen some others in passing but um....
Okay, I'm not a very social person hehe, I don't know almost anyone... But I do like meeting people and making friends! It's just... Hard sometimes...
...I'd like to get to know Xīnghuā more, I guess. She seems nice. And she gave me a flower crown, that was cute

I like some spring rolls and... some fruit infused water. They're so fresh, and nice... And really simple too. I don't really like big feasts anyway heh
I like some sweet bao from time to time too I guess... When feeling brave, I also like some spicy mapo tofu. The spice can really put your body into gear
No real big reason why I like 'em. I just do :3

Pebble's character design breakdown 🪷
Pebble is an OC tightly tied to Nezha, being adopted by him, and also being a Lotus Pond Dragon, lotus being a main theme for them both.
The most obvious parallel is probably the skirt, both Pebble and Nezha having the upper layer look kinda like petals of the flower.
The second similarity is the colours, the pink and the teal like green. But in Pebble's case, I didn't use any brighter colours like the red to give him a softer feel.
Pebble's design also has more rounded edges. He's a young dragon, and he is a very gentle person due to how he was raised. I tried to reflect that in his design, hence the pretty outfit and not something more practical for fighting.
Going back to the lotus theme, it's most obvious in the hairpins, straight up being the flower. The ribbons under the main piece were supposed to imitate the leafs. The hairpins are also something that was supposed to parallel Nezha's hair buns.
The various ribbons and long fabric are something that reflects Neha's ribbon on the dragon boy too
His little cape thingy and the second layer of the skirt were also supposed to look like lotus leafs. I exaggerated a bit how the edges of the leaf look, making the round bumps more pronounced, but it gives the whole outfit a more interesting shape.
The cape like thing is a parallel to Nezha's chestplate as well
Pebble's tail tip was also supposed to imitate a fresh lotus bud that's yet to bloom. And his eyes are the colour that they are also for a reason. The yellow centre is supposed to look like the centre of a flower.
I made the little dragon's hair long and flowy to show his softer nature and innocence. His hair fades from white to pinkish white to green to imitate the colours of the flower as well.
His horns were also meant to look like roots or wood, going along with the plant theme
And that's basically all flower elements. There's also a very subtle lotus pattern on the shirt of the dress
I added scale patches to his body, mostly because I feel like dragon OCs tend to lack a lot of dragon defining features (and indirectly a way from stopping me to just straight up give him vitiligo because I overuse it a bit, and I thought that scales would be a good way to avoid that but still make him look interesting and also keep some of his water theme. He's a Lotus Pond Dragon after all, not just a lotus dragon).
The glasses weren't the initial plan, but I added them to add more focus to his eyes and take some away from the patches, so eyes don't linger on them too much. Also, another good way to differentiate him from Nezha a bit more

I think I did an okay job tying the design to Nezha while also making Pebble feel like his own unique person and doing a creative spin on the lotus design idea
But it still boils down to Pebble being a papa's boy Xdd
I also made Pebble a dragon because I like the irony of that, with how much beef Nezha has with dragons

Gremlins on discord asked me questions about Pebble, so I shall answer >:3
1. What really happened to Pebble after he got taken away from that mysterious man?
He took him to the mortal realm, and they stayed in a cottage/shack for a while. Pebble was locked in one of the rooms, and well, while the man treated him okay, and even with care, he just seemed a bit manic still.
2. If Pebble was to be put into the scroll what would happen to him?
Well, Pebble doesn't have a past reincarnation yet, so he would just be himself. If he was put in it by an antagonist, he would be scared and worried, but he would just follow what Nezha taught him and try to find some safe place before Nezha showed up… But if he was put in the scroll by the Jade Emperor for some reason… Well, he just breaks down and cries a lot. He would question why Nezha didn't stop them :p But, if the Ink Curse found Pebble in the scroll… He would turn into Nezha and torment him that he's not good enough, that everyone judges him, and they only pretend to be nice, that he's a burden and because of his supposed destiny he will never be seen as a valuable person.
3. Does Pebble feels any sense of insecurities on himself or he is okay with the way he is?
He's insecure about how much value he has. He wants to be useful, help people and make Nezha proud. But celestial realm's high standards make him question if he's ever doing enough, studying enough, despite him going over and beyond in his studies.
4. Can Pebble still fly?
Pebble can fly in his dragon form, just not as well as other dragons. He might lose a bit of balance every now and then because of the lower part of his body.
5. What is Pebble's relationship to other celestials and the Jade emperor?
He doesn't pay attention to other celestials. Of course, he doesn't like how they talk about him, and their words does affect him, but Nezha's opinion is the most important to him. Well, some are nice, of course. But Jade Emperor… Well, Pebble is scared of him. Because the Jade Emperor, after everything that happened, is cautious about any possible threat, and a powerful dragon child makes the Jade Emperor watch him like a hawk for any little mistake.
6. Does Pebble get along with Atlas? (Atlas is one of my other OCs btw)
Atlas would absolutely love Pebble, he would be like a second parent to Nezha. Well, technically they would be siblings in that context, since both are taken in by Nezha? Anyway, they're family.
7. What is pebble relationship with Erlang and Xiaotian Quan?
Pebble would probably think that Erlang is pretty cool. He doesn't get many opportunities to talk with him, but he likes his style. And well, Xiaotian Quan… Doggo. He wants to pet him, but doesn't ever ask to. Since still, kinda feels intimidated by the older gods.
8. What is their first prank that they did at Ne Zha?
His first prank was as a baby. He hid in a tipped over giant vase for a whole day. Nezha practically turned the Celestial realm over. He started to think someone kidnapped him. And Pebble stayed quiet until Nezha found him.
9. Has they and Ne Zha ever caught themselves in a huge argument?
Not really, at least not yet…
10. Does pebble usually sleep with Ne Zha or sleep alone?
Well, when Pebble was a baby he would scream every time he would be taken away from Nezha. He sleeps with him less the older he gets, but he still loves to snuggle as they sleep
11. What usually pebble and Ne Zha did when they are bonding?
When Pebble was little, they would play games and stuff, or Nezha would read or tell him stories and old legends. Pebble also loved going to meetings with Nezha and watch him argue with others lol Nowadays, Pebble also just likes when they both sit outside and talk. Pebble also likes when Nezha watches him make ink drawings and talk about them.
12. Has pebble ever complain about Ne Zha cooking?
Does Nezha have time to cook? Well, Pebble appreciates his mentor trying, but… Well, the celestial kitchen is right there Xdd

My opponent? I don't really have one, I am meant purely to just make sure people who are dying just have a good death.
However, the Horror species, tends to try and stop me. So that could be my enemy.
