I have to make an observation.

Anime-only KnY fans are of course just as valid as manga readers who were already in the fandom, but not one of them will be able to compare to the sheer whiplash of seeing Upper Rank Four and all of his clones go from “entirely shoved aside in all fan works” to “Sekido, Karaku, Aizetsu, and Urogi are now fan favourites”.

I have seen people write and read copious amounts of fics, especially about the main four, and I feel like a scientist in a laboratory, gazing down in fear and unease at what I have discovered.
