• | he had a feeling you were a sheltered child when you met, just by the way you didn’t understand some of the phrases he said gave him a few hints. he doesn’t mind it though, not understanding certain things doesn’t make you any less of an interesting person, at least to him.
• | he’s definitely up for it if you want to try new things with him, but he won’t ever force you to do something you’re not ready for. but if you’re ready to do something you’ve never done before, he’ll be right behind you if you need something. he wants to see you succeed at new things so seeing you have fun simply going to a festival makes him very happy!
• | he will absolutely use his beast form to intimidate people if you get nervous from being around so many people at once, the crowds at the markets can be quite big and the vendors can be manipulative and conniving people so he doesn’t want you to be taken advantage of. if he does end up somehow being separated from you while you’re trying to buy something, then he will check with you to make sure you’re money wasn’t wasted. and if it isn’t worth the amount of money, he will go back and get your money back.

• | if you are sheltered, fleki will make you unsheltered. she doesn’t even realize she’s doing it either, she just wants you to have fun with her. this elf did not have a single clue that you were sheltered, she just thought that you were joking about not knowing what certain drugs were. when she first mentioned to you that she took shrooms, you were so confused.
“babe, i don’t know exactly how to put this but… i kinda take shrooms. like a lot.”
“shrooms, as in mushrooms?”
“yeah, kinda like the ones you sometimes find the forest.”
“okay?”
“you don’t care?”
“i don’t see the problem with eating mushrooms.”
“…are you sure you know what kind of shrooms i’m talking about?”
• | after that she definitely knew you were sheltered, so she began to take you out to more parties and celebrations with the canaries or accompanying you on side missions in the dungeons. that way you would be introduced to different types of people and could learn more about the world around you rather than you having to stick to what your parents taught you.
• | fleki is also quite an affectionate person so don’t expect her to hold back on showing you that she loves you in public. she could care less about what people think of the two of you and will wrap her arm around your waist or shoulder to prove it. she will initiate affection so you become more comfortable with giving her some in return, but she won’t force you to reciprocate. she knows you’re kind of new to relationships, so she’s trying to make it fun for you.
• | she may play it off, but she does get worried about you while in dungeons. you haven’t witnessed death first hand before like she has before so seeing you nearly have a panic attack over her getting poisoned by a walking mushroom makes her feel a little bad about insisting to pattadol that you should come with them. once she does revive after dying, she’ll try to make you laugh to make you feel better. whether it be some dumb joke she came up with or pinching your cheek, she just wants you to not cry over her.
