Hi! First up, there are no dumb questions, so please don’t feel bad about this.
Secondly, when you reblog something, the person you reblog from is automatically notified. (For example our spider conversation, I’ve been notified when you answered because I was notified of the reblog)
If you want to additionally tag someone, you do it the way you tag someone in any other circumstance as well, meaning you add to the post and type @blogname (whatever the blogname is)
