DnD funny combo
Heavy weapons master + sharpshooter
Stack the damage buff for -10 to hit +20 damage
If you crit the negative is irrelevant but the +20 is doubled
Deal up to 60 damage with a single heavy crossbow shot
Play a human or custom origin multi class LV 4 war cleric LV 2 fighter have both feats at LV 6
Alternatively play a different race and get the combo at LV 8 with four levels in each class
So on your turn
Action hold person
Action surge attack
Divine inspiration bonus action attack
In melee range with your crossbow the disadvantage is cancelled out by the advantage of them being paralysed
Making 2 attacks and if you roll well then channel divinity to cancel out the -10 with +10 to an attack because war cleric
Because they are paralysed every melee range (not just melee attack but melee range attack. Important because this is a ranged attack used in melee range) AUTO CRITS !
Which means if you hit both attacks that is
102 damage on average
120 damage max

How to have unlimited arms in DnD
This is a funny but slightly broken combo that you could ( and probably should ) argue doesn't work but the rules don't say it doesn't work so take from that why you will.
Play as a Plasmoid armourer artificer
As an armourer artificer your arcane armour expands to cover your whole body and replaces missing limbs
As a Plasmoid you can use your shape self action to retract your limbs and become a and I quote "limbless blob" now your armour will replace your now missing arms with magic armour arms.
Now use shape self to grow new arms. Because the armour grows to cover your whole body it grows a new pair of arms around yours
Now when you retract them again those arms are now missing but the armour's arms remain and replace them 😎
Which means you repeat the process of using shape self and gaining two more arms each time until you have enough for any purpose
For example with six arms you can duel wield two handed weapons, hold a Shield and leave a hand free for spellcasting
Or you could have eight arms and use them to grapple four creatures at once
The possibilities are pretty much endless
