ive noticed that dean has a really specific bad habit where. he'll be in an emotional conversation with someone and he'll very purposely put up this expression that's really determined and attentive but it's not until the person's turned away or the conversation is over that he'll react to the conversation. same goes for conversations in the middle of physical altercations — he won't react to whatever wounds he's acquired until the person(s) has(/have) turned around or until the conversation is over
Sam totally told Dean he was gonna marry him when he was like 9 and didn’t rlly understand marriage and Dean was like “lol sorry kiddo but we can’t” and Sam is like “????why????:(” And deans like “cuz we r brothers and brothers don’t do that” and baby Sam is just like “oh:(“
