A2 dating a human who stays on earth with her

pairing: A2 x gn!reader

cw: human reader, slight angst with a happy ending

both you and A2 knew you didn't belong on earth, at least not right now

until the war with the machines was won, you should remain with the other survivors on the moon

there weren't many humans left alive and as one of the few who were, you should be extra careful

A2 always did her best to protect you and keep you safe from any machines, but she knew that this couldn't go on forever

there would come the day where she wouldn't be able to protect you anymore

and she'd rather send you to the moon than have you die on earth with her

but you remained persistent, refusing to leave your girlfriend behind

it would regularly lead to fights, with A2 begging you to be realistic and escape earth while you still could

maybe you could even find a human on the moon that you'd end up falling for…

but whenever she brought up that argument, you only got angry at her, yelling about how you only wanted her! 

A2 was happy that you were so in love with her that you couldn't even imagine yourself with someone else

and yet she knew that she shouldn't want this. she should want you to find someone else and have children with them, so humanity wouldn't go extinct

but by now, A2 knew that it was pointless to argue with you

there was no way you'd flee to the moon and leave her behind! 

you loved her way too much for that…
