The letters in the hexagons—N, G, H, T —are all in the word ‘Nightmare’ so have been placed in the order they would be in this word.

Taking the letters in the corners of each post, it has been split between the top corners and bottom corners. The top is ‘H O _ _ Y Q U E E N’ which is assumed to be ‘Honey Queen’ and the bottom is ‘P E _ _ Y S B U D S’ assumed to be ‘Penny Buds’.

Obvious changes: The ‘M’ fits in with the idea of ‘Nightmare’ being what the big letters are spelling, there’s only two letters in the corners, and the background changed colour.
