So Kyoukas mom gave her the ability Demon Snow. Kyouka didnt realise her mother did this so that means giving abilities does not require mutual consent. So if Fyodors ability is actually a split personality and or some variation of that, it means he should be able to pass "himself" of to another body/host and therefore live forever even if someone or something does actually kill him (Like the lethal poison, he can just become Sigma or Dazai or Nikolai)
