hand in hand, you and ni-ki ran down the dimly lit road as the rain drenched the both of you. with his small giggles echoing in your ear, you couldn’t help but feel small explosions in your stomach.

“ i told you in was going to rain ni-ki!” you whined out, shielding your face with your arm while the other was being forcefully tugged along behind your boyfriend.

he simply responded with another laugh, people who were under shelter or umbrellas giving you both weird stares. “ it’s freezing!” you shrieked as the rain only stared to pour down harder.

he stopped in his tracks before squinting his eyes and peeling his jacket off his body, draping it over your shoulders before slipping his hand back into your and carefully intertwining it.

he placed a small and shy kiss on the tip of your nose before letting out a soft chuckle, tugging your arm and continuing to make you run in the rain together

you were a perfect example of teenage love.
