Am I the only one who thinks there should be more platonic Yanderes?

Don't get me wrong, romantic Yanderes who twist their love into something dark and sick is amasing to read and all

But I'd like to see a story where a father/mother is protective of his/her child, to the point where he/she doesn't want to let them go out of the house and when the child tries to I don't know... Go out with their friends or something, the father/mother tries to make them "unable" to go out anywhere ever again (You can interpret it in any way you want)

Or maybe a younger sibling who is very clingy to their older sibling (not in incest way), they might kill a friend of the older sibling because they're afraid they might take them away

I think the only platonic Yandere I can think of is Rolo from Code Geass... Which is kind of sad...
