It was based of a prompt (the placements of the amber on North are supposed be related to her sexual assault, like Kara's scar placement from Todd's abuse)

Normally, she wouldn't let North within 2 feet near her because she had a reputation to maintain, she has evolved and is getting fed by her as we speak.

Kara and North eventually make bracelets together :3 ((mainly because when they break up north accidentally snaps her bracelet :3 I choose to have trauma))
