She is Oilslick's partner in crime and has too many charges on her record to count. She originally looked like this

But she changed her colors so she wouldn't be recognized, she still is though just not often. She's a generally unpleasant person and probably steals candy from babies. She's fast as hell and has zero filter. She's said things that make even Oilslick cringe. She's also pretty small.

As always, Oilslick belongs to @ultravioletsodapop. Sorry this took so long Soda, my new job has me busy T^T
