I feel like an old hag sitting outside the gates to the Cave of Wonders, warning a young adventuress that none who enter leave the same. She did Not heed my warning so now the cave's mouth is shut and she is cursed.
Where the cave of wonders is amazon, and the young adventuress is my wife REALLY wanting a pink cowboy outfit for a Chappell Roan concert we're going to.
The new acct she made (she hasn't used the site since idk, 2017? so she needed to make a new one) locked after she made her order, and now she's receiving emails from addresses that can't POSSIBLY be legit, while having to call twice to figure out what's happening.
So just a friendly reminder: when the old hag tells you that these riches will doom your soul, at least use a throwaway email address
My boyfriend wrote a horror novel, it's been published, and it's ready to induce insomnia upon humanity. It is also awaiting the green light with One Eyed Dog Films, where the screenplay based on the novel was picked up for the big screen. They've got Victor Salva on board as Director thus far.
