“Your late.” Owen stated looking over his raptors, after seeing Claire pull up and start up the stairs.
“Yeah, I know I’m sorry.” Claire apologized trying to walk on the metal floor in her heels over to him.
“Why are you late?” he asked throwing a rat down to Blue
“What no hello?” she asked sarcastically
“Hello, why are you late?” Owen asked again just adding a ‘hello’ to his original question
“If you must know I needed to talk to the Tranasours Rex handler before coming here.” Claire huffed as she met up with him at the top of the encounter.
“How is my little T-Rex handler?” Owen grinned before heading down to put the bucket away.
“Your? Wait how do you know her?” Claire follows him then stops confused by what he had just said.
“Y/n? Yeah of course I do.” Owen started glancing back at her. “You really don’t know or did you just not put it together?” he asked looking at the shocked woman in front of him.
“What do you mean? Will, you just tell me what I’m missing.” she asked him frustrated
“Ok.” Owen faced her completely. “My name is Owen Grady.” He put his hand over her heart
Claire rolled her eyes “well I know that, obviously .”
“Y/n’s Lastname is also Grady.” Owen stated slowly so she gets it. Hopefully.
“Your related.” she came to the realization. She has a lot on her mind running an entire park.
“Yup” he answered poping the ‘p’. “Shes my little sister.” Owen smiled proudly and contuined down the ladder/stairs. Claire followed down akwardly in her heels.
“I know that look. Now that you know your thinking about how were alike.” he stops halfway down another ladder looking at her.
Claire nodds looking down at her feet. “You two have some practically similaties.”
“And we do kinda look alike.” Owen added widening his eyes and nodding
“Yeah, you do.” Claire looked at him annoyed. “How come you or her have never mentioned it before?”
“We work with completely different animals of completely different sides of the island.” Owen finished descending the encounter with Claire right behind him.
“Still.” Claire answered
He walked over towards the Jeep they needed to take “Well now you know.”
“You know you’re both crazy to.” she pointed out, and he just laughed. “I’m serious! You work with the raptors and she works with the most dangerous and oldest Dinoasour on the island.”
“Well, what can ya say, were siblings.” Owen smirked

“Come on Zach! Let’s go see the encounter with the baby carnivores.” Grey grabbed his brother’s arm trying to drag him where he wanted to go next.
“Isn’t that for babies? You know little kids.” Zach asked his brother but he was only paying half attention.
“No. It’s not like the other one. You can’t ride these dinosaurs. Carnivores as in meat-eaters.” Grey explained looking at the map to see how to get there.
“Fine, fine. Let’s go.” Zach sighed giving in and following his brother to wherever this attraction is on this island.

“Oh look! Their getting bigger. That means soon they’ll have to move them into the roaming area.” Grey spoke in amazement.
“Yeah, fascinating.” Zach rolled his eyes. ‘Of course, their gonna get bigger’ Zach thought.
“Awesome! Their gonna feed them.” Grey tried not to jump up and down at the thought of watching them eat. This whole thing is truly fascinating.
“Yeah, yeah cool. Their goona lower another crane.” Zach scoffed shaking his head, unimpressed.
“No, look.” Grey nudged his brother’s side with his elbow.
“What?” Zach groaned turning to face the dinosaurs, now suddenly interested.
“There’s actually someone in there with them.” Grey spoke softly in shock.
“Couldn’t she get hurt?” Zach watched in shock along with his brother.
“Well actually, Y/n is the only one of the trainers allowed near any of the carnivores.” a worker told the two brothers.
“Whys that?” Grey asked waiting to know more. Why is she allowed out of so few people? He knows she can’t be more than his brother’s age.
”Her father trains the raptors here. He taught her as she grew up. And she’s also the only one allowed anywhere near the Tyrannosaurus Rex we have from the old park.” The worker explained to the young boys.
“BUt hasn’t the T-Rex you know, killed people?” Zach asked confused why they would let a girl his age in with a man-eating dinosaur. Literally.
“It has but for reasons no one can explain. The T-rex likes her. She even protective of her.” the worker shrugged. Before turning to face another guest with questions.
“You like her don’t you?” Grey smiled smugly up at his brother. Knowing the look his brother was giving the girl through the glass.
“Shut up.” Zach nudged his little brother. BUt kept his eyes on the girl. Because not that he’d ever admit it, but his brother is right.
