“Come on Zach! Let’s go see the encounter with the baby carnivores.” Grey grabbed his brother’s arm trying to drag him where he wanted to go next.

“Isn’t that for babies? You know little kids.” Zach asked his brother but he was only paying half attention.

“No. It’s not like the other one. You can’t ride these dinosaurs. Carnivores as in meat-eaters.” Grey explained looking at the map to see how to get there.

“Fine, fine. Let’s go.” Zach sighed giving in and following his brother to wherever this attraction is on this island.

“Oh look! Their getting bigger. That means soon they’ll have to move them into the roaming area.” Grey spoke in amazement.

“Yeah, fascinating.” Zach rolled his eyes. ‘Of course, their gonna get bigger’ Zach thought.

“Awesome! Their gonna feed them.” Grey tried not to jump up and down at the thought of watching them eat. This whole thing is truly fascinating.

“Yeah, yeah cool. Their goona lower another crane.” Zach scoffed shaking his head, unimpressed.

“No, look.” Grey nudged his brother’s side with his elbow.

“What?” Zach groaned turning to face the dinosaurs, now suddenly interested.

“There’s actually someone in there with them.” Grey spoke softly in shock.

“Couldn’t she get hurt?” Zach watched in shock along with his brother.

“Well actually, Y/n is the only one of the trainers allowed near any of the carnivores.” a worker told the two brothers.

“Whys that?” Grey asked waiting to know more. Why is she allowed out of so few people? He knows she can’t be more than his brother’s age.

”Her father trains the raptors here. He taught her as she grew up. And she’s also the only one allowed anywhere near the Tyrannosaurus Rex we have from the old park.” The worker explained to the young boys.

“BUt hasn’t the T-Rex you know, killed people?” Zach asked confused why they would let a girl his age in with a man-eating dinosaur. Literally.

“It has but for reasons no one can explain. The T-rex likes her. She even protective of her.” the worker shrugged. Before turning to face another guest with questions.

“You like her don’t you?” Grey smiled smugly up at his brother. Knowing the look his brother was giving the girl through the glass.

“Shut up.” Zach nudged his little brother. BUt kept his eyes on the girl. Because not that he’d ever admit it, but his brother is right.

“You all are seeing what I’m seeing right?” Tony asked the group standing around the kitchen.

“Yup” Clint answered watching the same thing as the iron wearing man

“I give it a couple of months before he works up the courage and asks her out.” Tony bet.

“What are you two talking about?” Steve asked walking into the kitchen seeing everyone sitting around the bar or standing around in the kitchen. All kinda staring at the back of the couch in the living room.

“Their making bets on when Bucky will ask y/n out.” Nat explained to the Captain. “And I say 2 weeks.” she added

“I’m in, and I say 5 weeks.” Clint spoke.

“Your all wrong. Barnes is a man of action.” Thor interjected

“Then what’s your bet God of Thunder?” Tony asked looking over to the God.

“5 days, give or take.” Thor smiled before taking a bite of his breakfast.

“This is wrong. You all know that right?” Steve stated turning around with his bottle of water he took from the fridge.

“It’s just a friendly bet between friends about friends Capcicle.” Tony spoke waving his hand about.

“Your betting on their emotions.” Steve countered, giving his friends disapproving looks.

“Although I’m with Cap on this, put me down for 8 months. Sam spoke up

“Don’t believe Bucky has the guts huh?” Tony questioned Sam curiously.

Sam scoffed glancing over to Y/n and Bucky before saying “He hasn’t used his so-called ‘game’ in decades. So yeah.”

“Who said Soldier Boy ever had ‘game’?” Tony coughed out confused at the man’s words.

“Stev” Sam stated pointing towards the man in question.

Steve sighed, seeing all his friends looking at him in confusion. “Bucky, did. Back before we both went to fight the war and everything happened. He could have any dame he wanted. He could get any girl he wanted. I’m sure he probably had a line of girls just begging to get with him.” Steve told the group before he left them in the kitchen as he headed towards where Y/n and Bucky were seated in the living room.

“Hey, Punk.” Bucky spoke as he saw Steve sit down across from them.

“Hey, Jerk.” Steve retorted

“Hello, Steve.” Y/n smiled at her friend from her spot cuddled up to Buckys side.

“Hi, Y/n.” Steve smiled back greeting her. Nicer than he greeted Bucky. Which made Bucky chuckle.

“Didn’t be Steve? You’d win.” Bucky asked smirking to his friend

“You heard all that?” Steve ducked his head leaning back in the chair across from the love birds.

“Steve even I did. Their not that quiet.” Y/n giggled shaking her head

Steve sighed “Well if you both heard then you both know why.”

“I appreciate it, Steve.” Y/n smiled in appreciation

“What do you think they’d all do if they found out that we’ve actually been together for 6 months?” Bucky asked pulling Y/n closer into his side and smiling at Steve.

“I think Tony would blow a gasket.” Y/n laughed quietly

“You’d probably blow their minds, Buck.” Steve agreed smiling at how happy Bucky seems to be with Y/n. She helped him after they found him, and she does make Bucky happier. Steve sees glimpses of the old Bucky a lot since he’s been with Y/n.

“I imagine quite literally on that one.” Y/n added cuddling into Bucky on the couch as the three talked and joked together.

“-and then he just yelled at me like it was my fault! Which it couldn’t have been me because when it happened I was here with you that day.” Kol ranted in front of y/n about what had happened earlier at his family’s mansion in town.

“Kol” y/n spoke softly trying to think of what words she wanted to use to say this.

“Yeah” Kol smiled at her, moving across the room to sit right next to her on the couch

“I have a question for you.” y/n spoke nervously. Not wanting to look him in the eyes.

“Shoot love.” Kol rested his hand on her thigh, rubbing circles with his thumb.

“You rant and talk about your family all the time but…” It’s hard to find the right words to use to explain this. Especially with all the nerves, she feels in her stomach.

“What?” Kol looked confused when she glanced up to sneak a peek at his reaction.

Y/n sighed, hoping that what she was about to say wasn’t gonna cause a problem between herself and Kol. “Kol we’ve been dating for a year now. In fact a little over a year now. An well, with how much time you spend with your family how come I’ve never met them?” 

Kol shook his head really fast. He moved to cup Y/n’s cheeks, Kol could tell right away what she seemed to be thinking and feeling. “Love, it has nothing to do with you. My family is dysfunctional to say the least. They have many enemies and so do I. I don’t want you on any of mine or their enemies radars. That’s why you haven’t ever met them. To keep you safe I haven’t even told them I’m dating someone.”

“So it’s not cause you ashamed of me?” She looked down not wanting to meet his eyes. Insecurities can be a bitch.

“Oh, Darling. No, I am not ashamed of you and I never will be. Or could be. I love you.” Kol wrapped both arms around y/ns shoulders, pulling her into his chest.

“I love you to.” Y/n smiled against his chest. He had eased her nerves a lot, for now.

“Love I’m sorry you felt this way. That I made you feel that way.” Kol apologized. Y/n could tell he felt bad, that he considered this his fault.

“You’re staring again.” Toni pointed out

“No I wasn’t” Sweet Pea denied

“Yes, you were.” Toni and Fangs stated at the same time. Giving him a knowing look.

“Sweet Pea if you like her, go over there and ask her out.” Fangs suggested

“Its not that simple.” Sweet Pea sighed

“How’s it not simple?” Toni asked confused about why he thinks it’s so hard to just ask a girl out.

“She’s a Jones.” Sweet Pea explained resting his head in his hands.

“So?” Fangs questioned.

“She’s Jugheads sister and Fp’s daughter.” Sweet Pea stressed to his closest friends.

“And?” Toni asked not understanding his problem whats-so-ever.

“Fp is the king of the Serpents.” Sweet Pea stated as if it is the most obvious thing in the world.

“And you like- no let’s rephrase that. Love, her.” Fangs teased his best friend.

“Fp would kill me.” Sweet Pea whispered to them not wanting anyone else to hear since they are in the Whyte Wyrm. Sweet’s was nervous. Y/n and Fp are closer than close. With her mom gone and she took with her Jelly Bean, and with Jughead deciding not to live with either of them. It bonded them closer as father and daughter.

“No, I’m sure he wouldn’t. Hell, he might even trust her with you more. You are a Serpent he knows he can trust you, and he sure can trust you more than someone from the Northside.” Toni told him. She knows she’s right. Sweet Pea’s a Serpent and one of the one Fp trusts the most. Those two things mean something. Especially when it comes to the King of the Serpents.

“True, besides she’s a Serpent to. Unlike her brother.” Fangs added.

“Sweet Pea” Tonispoketo get his attention again. “You’ll never know if you don’t try. Go talk to her.”

“Yeah, sure.” Stiles nodded at his best friend. Followed by Lydia and Allison, with that they all left.

“Thank God their gone.” Derek let out moving to the kitchen to get a drink.

“I wouldn’t have phrased it like that.” Y/n laughed at his antics.

“That’s because they’re your friends.” Peter cut in from the far end of the couch.

“True” Y/n nodded

“Are you staying the night?” Derek asked as he came back into the living room.

“Yes. I brought clothes for tomorrow and everything.” Y/n smiled up at Derek standing before her.

“Did you bring Pajamamas?” Derek asked grabbing at her waist, as she stood up in front of him from her spot on the table.

“No, of course not.” she smirked up at him with a twinkle in her eyes.

“Good” Derek returned the smirk before leaning down and pulling her into a passionate kiss.

“He likes me to sleep in his shirts, Peter. So you can stop with that look your giving us.” Y/n spoke after they pulled away for air from eachother.

“Oh come on y/n! We both know that’s not the only reason!” Peter teased as he got up and put on his jacket before leaving the couple alone for the night.

“He’s a pest!” Y/n exclaimed

Derek smiled shaking his head in amusement. “He always has been. I’m glad you’re staying the night.”

“Me to.” she smiled biting her lip

“We should head to bed.” Derek raised his eyebrows suggestively

“Doesn’t mean we have to sleep.” Y/n suggested right back at him, before intertwining their hands and heading over to the bed.

“So are you ready to head out after everyone- Woah!” Stiles jumped and stopped right in his track as he entered the loft.

“Ummm” Scott stopped to in the doorway.

“What’s going on here?!” Stiles yelled waving his hands around in the air.

“Maybe we should go?” Scott stammered out not wanting to intrude.

“No, no, no we want to know what’s this.” Stiles corrected entering the loft more.

“Why are you guys standing in the middle of the door-” Allison stopped once she got her answer in the view she was faced with.

“Stiles, she’s obviously in his shirt and on his lap. So out it together.” Peter told the teen boy as he entered the loft and passed them. Annoyed by the Stilinski boy’s lack of observing and outing together skills.

“It’s not that hard.” Y/n added to Peter’s statement.

“Yeah.” Lydia greeted walking past her friends.

“Hey, Lydia.” Y/n smiled as her friend walked over to her and gave her a hug, despite the fact she is on Derek’s lap and in not much clothing.

“Wait!” Stiles stared at Lydia shocked. “You’re not surprised?”

“Suprised at what Stiles?” Lydia asked

“Oh, I don’t know that she’s only wearing Derek’s shirt!” Stiles yelled out squinting from frustration.

“And sitting on his lap.” Scott add quite embarrassed by the scene in front of him.

“And that!” Stiles exclaimed

“Lydia?” Allison spoke in a questioning tone.

“She already knew guys.” Y/n stated the obvious

“Knows what?” Allison asked although she was getting a pretty good idea.

“That Y/n and Derek are in item.” Peter sighed really getting tired at this conversation.

“Is that true?” Scott asked turning his gaze to Y/n from Peter.

“Yes. We’ve been together for months. Hell, almost a year.” Y/n admitted.

“Why didn’t you tell us?” Stiles asked confused

“We weren’t keeping it a secret. You guys just didn’t notice.” Y/n stated adjusting herself on Derek’s lap.

“Or ask.” Derek added keeping his hands around Y/n’s lower back.

“Next time, try to be more observant of your surroundings.” Peter smirked at the teenagers standing in the doorway.
