theo as a bf probably wouldn't let you go after an argument. oh what's that? you wanted space? yeah yeah have your space but i'm gonna be there with you. he definitely wouldn't let you go far from him. if you wanted to stay in the living room he'll probably in the kitchen minding his own business but still there where he can see you.

he'll let you have as much time as you want but you can't go away from his sight. maybe if you wanted to be in the bedroom, he'll just wait you in the living room when you both finally calm down and are able to have conversations

bf!theo would be fine with you not wanting to talk to him after an argument, he would most likely want to have some alone time to gather his own thoughts too, but you have to be in his presence or he’ll lose his damn mind. if you’re not, then he’d have to call you not long after to come back and talk, because not knowing how you’re doing would frustrate him even further. he knows it’s annoying and he doesn’t want to pressure you, but letting you go wouldn’t help him calm down at all

he would also want to resolve the issue between you by the end of the night if it’s not something bigger that needs to be more thoroughly thought out. theo is not the type of boyfriend who would let you go to sleep mad, definitely not. he’d join you on the bed if you’ve been staying there alone all afternoon and ask if you’re ready to talk about it. after the situation is resolved he’d apologise for upsetting you in any way and pull you into his arms. he’d probably try to uplift your mood with a few jokes or some teasing that he knows would make you smile until you finally fall asleep with a peaceful mind and him being the big spoon
