Photo-a-day - Tumblr Posts
I'm counting these as part of my 52 photos challenge (Photo 2/52) It is technically a day late, but I'm counting it since I couldn't post it the last few days. Plus it counts towards the April 2014 Photo-a-Day challenge I decided to do (April 7th - something green). I need a camera. My old one is broken, and my phone does an even worse job.
Friggin' Photos
So I actually managed to take a few photos since this weekend, planning on posting them yesterday through the rest of the month. But of course, I try pulling them up on my computer and no new photos are showing on the memory card. My old stuff is there, mostly just stuff from my trips to Australia and the UK, but even some of those don't show up. I don't know if it is something wrong with my camera (the thing is like 9 years old), the memory card, or it just doesn't work with my new laptop. I'm gonna try a few things, so hopefully I'll be able to post them up in the next day or two (I know, the anticipation is probably killing the few of you who do read this). I'm gonna be a little ticked off if I finally managed to make myself take a few photos, and then the stupid things won't even post. Sorry for rambling on. Also, if anyone has any ideas to fix the issue, please let me know.
April Photo a Day Challenge: #2 Shine Better late than never.
June Photo-a-Day Challenge! I failed at the one back in April, although to be fair that was like 10-20% my camera or memory card's fault for not being able to upload the photos. But I hope to do much better this month. I'll mostly be using my phone this month for a few reasons. And admittedly the photos during the second half of the month probably won't be posted on the day they're supposed to - I've got military training those two weeks, so odds of having internet access are pretty slim, but I will do everything I can to take them and then post them when I have the chance. Good luck to anyone else who tries!
June Photo a Day Challenge: #1 New I finally got a new phone (a galaxy s4 mini) the other day after having my last one for over two years. It's kind of nice to see the whole screen again.

June Photo a Day Challenge: #6 Silhouette I had a bonfire tonight with a few friends in the backyard. And honestly, it was probably the best night I've had in a few years.

June Photo a Day Challenge: #8 A younger Me My parents and I took a trip to Iowa when I was five and we went to the zoo. Since my mom's friend's sister worked there we got to go to a couple areas people usually can't go for free. I remember going back there and getting to feed leaves to the giraffes.
June Photo a Day Challenge: #9 Together The day before AT I took my youngest sister Anna to go see How to Train Your Dragon 2. It was REALLY good - at least as good as the first one, if not better - so I'd recommend seeing it.
