i feel like this is adhder erasure it doesnt make me bounce off the walls OR stay awake it helps me focus and also sit still i can sleep after caffeine physically at least turning off my brain is the problem so i still have to limit caffeine after a certain point but if i can get my brain to shut up? yeah caffeine won't do a thing to help me stay awake and i get no energy from it ive been without my adhd meds for a week because reasons and ive been self medicating with excessive caffeine and i still almost fell asleep at my desk today TWICE ive had so much coffee this week and while it has slightly helped the focus its mostly just left me still sleepy
