So I got bored, decided to play the wonderful @wethepixies Pixie Hollow Online demo, and got this stuck in my head.

Great news, pixies - the Alpha Update is now live!
You probably saw our trailer for this update a few days back. We’re pleased to announce that the update is now playable at wethepixies.net!
A few very important reminders:
In a rush to play? Use the backslash key ( \ ) to skip the intro.
We’re still working out server needs, and it’s possible that we have a few problems at first, so bear with us! We need to get multiplayer stabilized before we add accounts.
If you experience a bug, fill out the “Report a Bug” form above the game window - try to give us as much info as possible about the circumstances when the bug occurred.
Mobile play is still not recommended - for now, you’ll get the best gameplay through a regular computer or laptop.
There is a problem with the Safari 14 release that makes playing WTP impossible. Until that problem is fixed, you’ll want to use another browser.
In case you missed the trailer (or want to jump straight into the game), here’s a quick rundown of what we’ve added:
Basic multiplayer - find new friends, or meet up with old ones!
Chat function - Tell a joke, compliment someone’s outfit, or just say hi.
Basic profiles - get to know other players.
Map - flit from meadow to meadow with ease.
Palm Tree Cove - nonstop fun in the sun!
Schelly’s Shears - try on a new ‘do, check out our selection of flitterific hair dyes… or do both at once!
Bubble Bounce level 6 bug fix - everyone’s favorite Water-Talent Game now works properly.
I made another audio transcription of Pixie Hollow Online music, this time from Rosetta’s Garden.
I moved all of my transcriptions and arrangement to a dedicated blog, @transcriptions-of-unknown-music. I’ll keep reblogging the Fairies-related ones here, of course, but that way I can keep all of my work, which spans a lot more franchises and some more serious stuff, together.
