Wouldn't it be cool if Jimin and Suga featured in each other's albums? Then when Suga has his solo tour, Jimin can make a surprise appearance in Japan or Korea and be like "WHADDUP ARMY!!" so they can sing their song together. Then all the people pissing and moaning about the conflicting release schedules will be like "Noooo why didn't we get tickets to Suga's tour?! 😭"
But on a serious note, people are jumping to conclusions about the unfairness of their albums being released around the same time.
Please stop.
We don't know what is going on. We don't know PJM1's actual release date (and got nothing in Feb despite the hype). We don't know what's in it. We don't know if it was delayed because Jimin wasn't ready and it bled into Suga's schedule. We don't know how long ago Suga's tour was scheduled but HYBE sure as hell didn't throw darts at a calendar.

PJM choreo next week?? I'm super excited, but I'm also really nervous. Whatever happened during the Vibe promotions and the reactions from solo stans and antis is going to be 10x more intense 😫
We have no idea what's going to be in his album. We've seen photos with Jimin and Hudson Hohawke, the DJ/producer of the infamous "Cbat". We've seen him with Nick Lee, who played the epic trumpet parts in Lil Nas X's "Industry Baby". We've seen him with a freaking CHOIR (the same one that sang in "Friends"). There are so many other artists I'm forgetting about but the point is that their styles are very different from each other, so wtf is gonna be in PJM1?! After all these months of producers dropping studio photos with our barefoot Mimi, are we finally going to find out in a week? I can't believe we're going to learn the actual title of the album and stop calling it PJM1 soon.
Ugh yes. This is why I spend more time on Tumblr than Twitter these days. I can't get over how all the Jimin and Jikook biased accounts were getting shadow banned and suspended left and right when Vibe came out. We can't afford this to happen again when PJM1 comes out.
Don't engage with antis or get involved in sabotage fuckery. Report, block, and move on if you must. The more you react to them, the more attention they get!
We don't need this negativity in our brains. We don't need to stoop to their level. Just focus on Jimin.
Some worrying trends...
Starting to notice some worrying trends over on the Bird app:
--Attacking free translator accounts for minor mistakes and/or not posting everything about all the members, all the updates
--Getting long-time Jikook accounts suspended when they have not violated any terms or posted problematic content
--Intensely campaigning with mis-info, particularly by cross-posting from Insta or TikTok
--Trending topics that violate members' privacy to the point it bleeds over into gossip rags and predatory media
Now look. I'm not out to fear-monger. Social media always has its issues. But it seems like McFuckery is ramping up, and I feel a bit paranoid about Jimin's solo getting sabotaged, similar to the way With You was.
We all know PJM1 is coming. And when it's announced, I'll be going into total Lockdown Mode.
I will not be responding to haters, solos, mantis, cult members, or toxic anons. I cannot spare the energy. I need to focus on promoting, voting, streaming, buying, and enjoying what my favorite artist in the world is giving me.
I hope you'll join me in supporting the first month or two of PJM1 and not pay attention to problematic McFuckery, except to quietly block and report.
I know if feels good to call out assholes, but retweeting makes the algorithm work against us, by making it harder to get popular accounts suspended. I know it's very human to pop off in the comments and engage in dog fights with shooters--but that's time and energy you could be giving to Jimin or Jikook or whatever about BTS lights you up. I know sometimes it's hard to look away from the train wreck of conspiracy theories--but you will need to protect your mental health and energy, because carrying PJM1's metrics and helping Jimin safely land on the charts is going to be a marathon, not a race.
I'll try to dig into ways to support PJM1 and share what I've learned, so like-minded folks can help direct our resources toward what we want, instead of what we don't.
We need to practice. We need to prepare.
We must stay focused, brothers.
