Random idea I had:

Lead female punk drummer has a stereotypical shitty business dad, Neglectful, Business over family, Is named Robert, All nine yards. But in Robert's teenage he was in a rock band with his friends for a brief time, Cue lead girl finding his old guitar and begins playing it, And is somehow transported back to 1990 and meets her father when he was in the band, She manages to join the band (As the drummer) And now she can get to know her dad from a new perspective, Can she change him for the better? Can she figure out why he is the way he is? Can she finally get closure and leave her trauma behind her? ...I don't know, Maybe.
