This is Roman in Wolf form, vs Roman in human form.
Took like, 10 minutes to make in Medibang.
So the deal is that Roman changes forms every 5 days and stays in that form for 5 days. He's a lot stronger in Wolf form though, and to prevent getting exposed by the council, he uses his Wolf form in public. He becomes recognized in the (fictional) town of Kindhaven as the local friendly neighborhood wolf-man.
Also, I'll add that in human form, his hair wasn't naturally blue, it was black originally before he started inserting wolf genes into his own.

Wolf was a member of a secret council of intellectuals who had no name--just call them The Council. They are a group of highly intelligent (think 180-300 IQ) individuals who hide their true intelligence from the world and release inventions under a front organization to avoid getting exploited by those in power. One major base is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Here, the council offers massive funding so scientists can operate without being under the thumb of a government and do work at their own pace.
They have a very strict set of things that are banned to prevent the scientists in their order from abusing their unique skills, exposing the group, or introducing a dangerous creation to the world. One of the things they ban is genetic alteration, due to an...interesting incident in 1978 that caused the deaths of the offending scientist and several civilians.
When Roman discovered that he was possibly dying from a rare wasting disease, he opted to secretly insert wolf DNA into his cells. This went well until an assistant startled him when he was doing this, causing him to insert a high amount into his cells at once. He painfully transformed into the Wolf.
The Wolf and his assistant only managed to keep their secret for a week or two before the Council found out and summoned them to their court. Without even getting a say in edgewise, Roman was banned from the Council, his funding reduced to nothing, and was threatened to never operate in the field of genetics ever again.
Wolf refused to back down. After purchasing Council items off the black market, convincing a gang lord to loan him ne'erdowells as minions, hacking into banks around the world to get easy money, and building a laboratory in an abandoned nuke bunker underneath the Pennsylvanian town of Kindhaven, Wolf will continue practicing the scientific arts and contributing to humanity. Screw the council and their rules, this genetic alteration incident was the best thing that happened to him. But how is he going to patent his creations without attracting their attention?

As for why he's barefoot when that's not good lab safety? Well...meh, I just wanted to show that he has animal paws lol, normally he's wearing boots in the lab.

I made a funny I think
So, this little excerpt takes place after the very first transformation Roman undergoes, after his assistant Anise startles him and he injects too much Wolf DNA into his arm during a procedure, causing him to turn out like this.
After an hour of brainstorming to see if they can make Roman normal again, he gets insanely hungry, because the transformation sequence eats up calories. So the two head to the break room fridge, Anise hands him the ham, turns around and sees that the mofo took a whole bite out of a cut of deli ham. Amazing.
Tbf he can't help it in Wolf form, everything, especially food, has a significantly stronger smell to him. Why eat a tiny sandwich when you can just yoink the whole ass ham from the fridge?
In all seriousness though, I didn't have a name pinned for the assistant until I wrote the script for this. Yes, this dumbass comic had a script that I wrote, because I discovered the hard way that I can't draw without a plan. Woe.
Anyways, some extra tidbits will be mentioned here, like the reason that Anise looks tiny compared to Wolf is because Wolf is about 6'07 compared to her 5'04. And that Wolf looks fuzzier because this is the first transformation ever, so he's not used to the idea of grooming himself to look good yet lol.
If this gets popular enough, I can make a color version, making it in b&w was easier for me at first.

This is still in reference to Roman's (the blue wolf) first ever transformation into his wolf form after the accident Anise caused in the lab. Instead of being horrified like one would expect...Roman likes the new body?!?
This doesn't stop the pair from brainstorming how to get him back to normal in the comic I posted not too long prior, because The Council isn't supposed to find out that they've been messing with genetics, which is highly against their rules. This is before Roman finds out that it takes 5 days to return back to human form, and vice versa.
But yeah, him liking it and being hesitant to change back into a human was perfect grounds for this meme in my head. Imagine accidentally turning your colleague into a wolf-man and being stuck in the lab all night trying to change him into a human again so you won't get damnatio memorae'd by your employers. I'd be crying about my paycheck too.ðŸ˜
