Relatable. So I went through a whole carton of eggs today. My brain was mean and told me “that egg is contaminated, you’ll get sick. Make new one.” I didn’t want to get sick. So distressed, I tossed it in the trash and made a new one.. 10 times. Of course I had to wash my hands and the pan after I tossed it and then again my hands after I cracked each one.

Ocd is stupid and rough if this is you you’re not alone. Normally my ocd is sexual or checking things but today it came in for full force. Worth noting that it’s been a long time since I had a day this bad. So if this is you, you’re not alone and we will be okay. Bad days don’t define you. Tomorrow will be better.
